centre is an unheated medium tone blue sapphire surrounded with diamond stars around. sapphire is lovely blue, not too dark but a gorgeous medium hued blue. Beautifully set with the diamond star surround.

Unheated Sapphire is approx 1.90ct, 10 diamonds approx 0.08-10ct

Approx 14mm wide 15.5 mm tall without the bail.
