Vintage heart ring

14k yellow gold 
with medium hued blue stone (sold to me as an aquamarine but since I have not had it checked out, I will be listing it as a blue stone. I have viewed it under the loupe and it has some inclusions)

the blue stone tinkles alittle in the setting but i have had her checked and is secure!

Approx Ring size 7US -7.5US
Can be sized easily
